Diesmal habe ich bei Ebay einen tollen Fund ergattert. Ganz klein und verloren annonciert als “Schrankfund”. Ohne grosse Beschreibung dabei, und sehr voll sind die Flaschen auch nicht, aber für 1€ pro Flacon kann man eigentlich nichts falsch machen.
Welche Freude daher, als sich die gebrauchten Fläschchen nach einiger Recherche nun wohl doch als Vintage-Schätzchen entpuppten. Die Chanel-Flaschen kann man mit etwas Glück gut datieren, da bietet die Seite “Raiders of the lost scent” echt eine tolle Hilfestellung. Nachdem die Originalschachteln dabei waren, hat das Chanel EdT zwar schon einen Barcode, daher nach 1990, aber noch keinen grünen Punkt, daher wohl vor 1992! Das Jil Sander kommt ebenfalls in der Originalschachtel ohne Barcode oder grünen Punkt. Und nachdem die Barcodes so um 1992 eingeführt wurden und das Parfum seit 1990 auf dem Markt ist…. scheint es sich um die Originalformulierung zu handeln. Eine kleine Sprühprobe zeigte zudem, dass beide Düfte nicht gekippt sind.
I got lucky on eBay with some perfume flacons, which were described as “found in a cupboard”, so i took my chances, bid and won each for 1€! When i received them today, i think they are both early 90ies, because they were in the original packaging, which makes it much easier to date them.
The Chanel has a barcode, but no green dot, so must be between 1990 and 1992, if the website “Raiders of the lost scent” is correct. I don’t know how much juice there is in the black lipstick flacon, but i think i can hear some liquid sloshing around. The Jil Sander N4 has no barcode, but was released 1990, so it seems to be the original formulation. I sprayed a little of each, and the scents are completely intact.
